At Tayaroo (Teqsa IT Solutions), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital eSIM delivery, please note the following:

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before the eSIM QR code is delivered.
Once the QR code is issued, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Your device is not compatible with eSIM and you inform us before activation.
Technical failure prevents activation, confirmed by our support team.
Duplicate order due to a system/payment error.

Refunds will not be provided if:

You change your mind after QR code delivery.
You fail to check device compatibility before purchase.
Network quality issues arise due to local operator coverage limitations.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
To request a refund, contact us at refund@tayaroo.com with order details.
